Spicy Farfalle Pasta Recipe
Beautifully light pasta

Ingredients
- 1 bowl of farfalle pasta
- Generous amount of salt
- 2 spicy chilis
- 1 cm slice of butter
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- Freshly ground pepper, to taste
- Finely grated Parmesan, for serving
- Fresh basil, for garnish
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil, then add a generous amount of salt.
- Add the farfalle pasta to the boiling water.
- While the pasta is cooking, finely chop the 2 spicy chilis.
- Halfway through the pasta’s cooking time, add the chopped chilis.
- Cook the pasta until al dente, then strain and return to the saucepan.
- Add a 1 cm slice of butter and 2 tablespoons of tomato paste to the pasta.
- Season with freshly ground pepper, and stir everything together.
- Serve the pasta topped with finely grated Parmesan and a sprinkle of fresh basil.
